Welcome to the Sayre Area and Wyalusing Valley School District’s Gifted Programs. The Gifted Programs centers around exposing students to a variety of topics, such as environmental issues, creative and real-life problem solving and exposing students to paradigm shifts. Student experience the opportunity of making world wide connections allowing them to hopefully develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and the world in which they live.
The Blast Intermediate Unit #17 will meet its obligations for identified students who require enrichment programs to reach their potential and become well-rounded, successful, life-long learners. The Blast IU #17 is one of 29 regional agencies in Pennsylvania which provides services to public and non-public schools. BLaST represents the counties of:
