  1. #DIYSTEMChallenge – Check out this fun activity kids can do in the safety of their home. We are challenging students to build a model of a scientific instrument or technology using anything they can find around the house. Regardless of any formal coordination which may be implemented on behalf of your IU, we would appreciate you spreading the word via Facebook or if you would prefer on LinkedIn. List of prizes also attached. Deadline is June 14.

  3. Thermo Fisher has customized several of our Innovation Nation hands-on activities and posted externally to enable at-home engagement (under “Supporting STEM Education at home”). In addition to activity instructions, our worksheets also include a look at the science behind each activity, discussion questions, and connections to careers.
