This is a FREE "Mix-and-Mingle-Get-To-Know-Us" Event!!!

This leadership cohort will focus on leading and learning through developing an understanding  of equitable practices within different initiatives or programs in their own district or building. It is our hope to grow instructional practices, adult leadership skills, and professional learning with a focus on equity. Participants will also strengthen their leadership skills in a collaborative effort to bridge the gap between teachers and administrators. This cohort will meet face-to-face three times and then in virtual space four times (one hour each) over the school year in order to develop their equitable lens as a team. Asynchronous support and course work are also available.

Scheduled meetings: October 27, 2020 (Williamsport)/February 17, 2021 (Canton)

Registration Deadline: October 20, 2020

Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (registration begins at 8:30 am)

Location: BLaST Offices in Williamsport and Canton

Cost: $550 per team (at least 1 administrator and 1 teacher leader)
