Non-Violent Crisis Intervention details the crisis development levels and an appropriate staff response to each one. Participants will learn verbal and physical de-escalation techniques. They will learn to de-escalate a crisis situation and how to establish Therapeutic Rapport following a crisis situation.  You must attend both days to receive certification. Partial credit will not be given.  Sign In registration begins at 7:45 AM.

Cost $55  ~ Includes lunch for both days, material.s and ACT 48 processing
