Innovation LENDING LIBRARY

We are thrilled to share our lending library with you and encourage you to take full advantage of all of the items we have available. As we continue to add to our inventory, we will keep this page updated. Below you will find some of our larger items and some of the books we have available to borrow. School district administration, faculty, and staff, affiliated with IU 17, can check out items from the Lending Library. Borrowing from our library is free and a maximum of 1 kit may be checked out at one time. The checkout period for all items is 3 weeks. If you need additional time, please call or e-mail to request an extension. If no one is waiting for the item, a 3-week extension may be granted.

Professional Development

An Instructional Technology Specialist is available to provide in-class demonstrations and modeling with students, as well as professional development with teachers and administrators.

Borrowing & Returning

Borrowers can visit the lending library in the Williamsport Office or Canton Office. All items must be checked out with the IU receptionist and the borrower must furnish their district email. All materials can be returned to the Williamsport or Canton office.

Borrower Responsibility

Each borrower assumes full responsibility for all items borrowed and for adhering to lending library policies concerning loan periods. IU 17 may charge up to the full cost of the item for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged.
