High-Severity Behavior 1 (HSB1) is one of several 1/2-day Safety Care™ advanced and supplementary program designed to provide Safety-Care Trainers with the content, skills, and competencies for training advanced Safety-Care skills. Registrants must be actively certified as a Safety-Care Trainer. Skills include but are not limited to developing safety plans, advanced release procedures, team safety strategies, and floor hold procedures.
