Texas Instrument Calculator Workshop
This workshop is designed specifically for Grades 7-12 math & science teachers who utilize Texas Instrument graphing calculators. Give your students the best tools & tips for success in the classroom & on high stakes exams. This workshop will unlock the hidden features of TI technology so math & science students gain confidence, better understand concepts & perform their best. We will take both the teacher & student perspective on different TI Graphing Calculators & Software, integrating educational technology & instruction so that the calculator is a learning tool not just an answer box. We will also integrate probes into the classroom to collect data for analyzing to see STEM in action. It is preferred that participants bring their own TI graphing calculator, however, for those that cannot we will have some available.
