Location: Williamsport office Click HERE to register! | 02/12/2026(1 event)9:00 am: Structured Literacy Leadership: What Administrators Need to Know! 9:00 am - 3:30 pm This course equips school leaders with knowledge and tools to meet Act 55, Chapter 49 requirements related to the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy. Participants will explore: Key Research and Core Principles of Reading Instruction Strategies to evaluate and strengthen literacy programs. Supporting explicit, evidence-based practices within a Structured Literacy and MTSS framework to improve outcomes for all students, especially diverse learners and those below grade level. There are 18-hours of required in-person training that will be on-site at BLaST offices.
