In response to the Governor’s goals for the State, and overwhelming stakeholder engagement, the Pennsylvania Department of Education has included a Career Readiness Benchmark as part of Federal ESSA accountability and the Future Ready PA Index. Beginning in the 2017-18 school year, school entities will report student-level data for the Career Readiness Indicator in PIMS. BLaST is committed to offering systems of support to inform and assist the critical implementation of this new initiative.
