So happy to have you back for this month’s edition of the IEP Best Practice Series.  This time around we will take a deep dive into the Transition Section as well as the Transition Grid.

In supporting student’s with their Transition needs, we remember that this starts at age 14 in the State of Pennsylvania.  Additionally, we have specific focus on these three Postsecondary Goals:

– Education and Training

– Employment

– Independent Living

Join us as we learn how to address Transition in the Present Levels, as well as the Transition Grid.  Next time around we’ll focus on IEP Alignment, how everything fits together making one common thread through the entire IEP!
