The workshop will cover content for an elementary school curriculum (unplugged and plugged) and be broken into three 2 hour sessions. These sessions are an opportunity to increase your knowledge and confidence in facilitating an engaged computer science classroom, and a chance to connect with other educators who are working to bring computer science to their schools. Susan Kandianis will be our guest speaker! | 10/22/2020 | 10/23/2020(2 events)8:30 am: School Counselor Professional Learning Opportunity 8:30 am - 2:30 pm This Professional Learning Opportunity for K-12 School Counselors will occur three times a year. The cohort package is intended for the consistent attendance of a school counselor for all three sessions. The full day professional learning topics will reference ASCA recognized materials, PDE Initiatives, local community efforts and district needs. Session Topics Include: 1. Maximizing Student Achievement: Placement, Intervention and Planning 2. Understanding Culturally Responsive Counseling: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 3.
