It is our hope to grow instructional practices, adult leadership skills, and professional learning with a focus on equity. Participants will also strengthen their leadership skills in a collaborative effort to bridge the gap between teachers and administrators. This cohort will meet face-to-face three times and then in virtual space four times (one hour each) over the school year in order to develop their equitable lens as a team. Asynchronous support and course work are also available.
