The ABC’s of the Foreign Language Classroom is a supportive professional learning community of Foreign Language teachers, who strive to grow professionally and improve their practices in the classroom. These sessions are focused around developing a toolbox of 21st century strategies and best practices for the Foreign Language classroom. If you are starting to think of new, innovative ways that will freshen up your classroom, this is the perfect group for you! It does not matter the language you teach. It does not matter the level you teach. All that matters, is that you are willing to collaborate with this professional learning community. The training consists of two face-to-face workshops with colleagues that teach in any Foreign Language classroom. Participants are encouraged to sign up for both face-to-face sessions, but it is not required. Topics for training will include, but are not limited to: Comprehensible Input, Technology and Innovation in the Foreign Language Classroom, Aligning Classroom Instruction to ACTFL Standards. Lunch is NOT included

Cost: $25 includes materials and ACT 48 processing
