Fiscal Training for IDEA-B (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act – Part B), Contingency and APS/CSDB (Approved Private Schools and Chartered Schools for the Deaf and Blind)
- Sue Leonard is the Chief for the Division of Analysis and Financial Reporting for the Bureau of Special Education. Prior to the Bureau of Special Education she worked in the Bureau of Budget and Fiscal Management in the Division of Fiscal Management, concentrating mainly on state funded special education programs. Prior to this, Sue spent many years at the Labor Education and Community Services Comptroller’s Office in the Division of School Finance.
- All LEAs are highly encouraged to send someone to this event.
- All of the IDEA Financial Reporting elements will be discussed. MoE, CEIS, Meets Requirements, Table 8, Excess Cost Calculation, Update on EDGAR regulations. Contingency fund procedures. New enrollment system for Approved Private Schools and Chartered Schools for the Deaf and Blind – 4010 and 4011 Process.
- No Act 48 credits will be offered
