Description:Join this Full Day Session that will be Divided as Follows: AM– Defining Acceleration through research and practice Did you know there are over 20 different types of acceleration? Evidence of at least seven different iterations of it are already present in Pennsylvania public schools. In addition, learn what tools and processes can be implemented to support the decision to accelerate. PM – Develop an Acceleration Protocol Working in district teams, you will be guided through the process to get a jumpstart on your district’s protocol. It is recommended that team members should have knowledge about curriculum, access to data, and transitions throughout the k-12 student experience.
