The programs encourage all children to envision themselves as engineers. This training is targeted for any educator, in grades K-8, and will focus on the units within this curriculum and how they can be integrated into your already taught curriculum.

05/13/2021The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) is pleased to announce a two-hour virtual training session (Act 48) designed to assist districts in meeting evidence requirements for the Career Readiness Indicator and the Industry-Based Learning Indicator. Educators will have the opportunity to take a deep dive into existing free classroom resources, SAS, and the Career Ready PA Coalition websites to support career readiness and work-based learning. Your regional Career Ready PA liaison will guide you through the process, as well as provide technical support. The goal of this training is to further develop a repository of resources to support the Career Readiness and Industry-Based Learning Indicators with the support of the Career Ready PA Regional Liaison in each of the 10 Career Ready PA Regions.
